More news about Reconnaissance Arts

I've added photos of two new coffeetables, a writing desk, and a new clock to my Reconnaissance Art web site. You can view them in the Furniture Gallery. I've also been added as a featured artist to the Outsider Art site maintained by collector John Yimin. That will hopefully give my work some more exposure. One of these days soon, I'm going to have an open studio party (probably after I finish the mosaic chair that's been taking up all my time).

The good guys lose again

There are so many deeply depressed people around me today that I'm not really sure--being one of them--what to say. I should put this under the category of America Makes You Stupid, since all the evidence says that it does. And I'm cynical enough to wonder how much Republic voter fraud, voting machines, and vote tallying had to do with Bush's "victory." I'm pissed off at Kerry for such a lame concession letter, and I'm scared as hell because it feels way too much like Berlin in 1936. All of which pushes me to move faster on my application for Permanent Residence in Canada, a sane country that doesn't seem inclined to declare war for oil or other capitalist goodies.
